Replacing a university’s student record system is one of the most complex and high stakes transformation projects an institution can undertake. This session explores the operational, regulatory, and organisational challenges involved in delivering such a major change, drawing on real world experience of getting a university ready to start a SRS replacement project. Attendees will leave with practical, experience based strategies to prepare their institution effectively and maximise the chances of a successful implementation.
