About this event
Join us for an exclusive, insightful and dynamic in person Higher Education Change Special Interest Group forum! You’ve told us you wanted an in person event to discuss common “change” challenges – this is the event from the Change SIG for the Change SIG. It’s designed to foster collaboration and innovation among professionals dedicated to driving positive change in higher education. Whether you’re a seasoned expert or new to the field, this forum offers a unique opportunity to engage with others, share experiences, and develop practical solutions to the challenges we face in higher education today.
Our carefully curated agenda ensures a blend of networking, learning, and hands-on problem-solving. You’ll start the day by connecting with fellow professionals, setting the stage for a day filled with stimulating discussions and collaborative activities. Dr. Nalayini Thambar, Director of Planning, Performance, and Strategic Change at the University of Nottingham, will open the forum with her insight that highlights the importance of strategic change in our institutions.
Throughout the day, you’ll delve into the fundamentals of problem identification and definition, learn how to tackle the right problems using the Four Voices methodology, and apply your new skills in a hands-on problem-solving session. The forum will conclude with a feedback session, allowing you to reflect on the day’s learnings and plan your next steps.
Don’t miss this opportunity to enhance your problem-solving skills, gain new insights, and network with like-minded professionals. We look forward to seeing you there!
