The Annual Lecture is one of my personal highlights of the AUA calendar.  I like the simplicity of the format, we invite a speaker to share their opinion, give an update, state their perspective on a topical higher education subject and welcome members to listen, to challenge and consider their viewpoint before wrapping it up with an hour or so of informal networking.  But before all of that we congratulate our newest Accredited members and Fellows, and this is the part of the evening that I enjoy the most.  To me it sums up the purpose of the AUA and what my team and I are here to do which is to enable members to develop and engage with their profession and go further with their careers.

It was great to see that there was a need for four presentation slides last Thursday to list our newest Accredited members and Fellows.  Congratulations!
