About this Session

When we’re working within complex, shifting contexts, role, responsibility, and pressure shape how we think, act, and relate. Culture isn’t something we can just design or implement, it evolves and emerges over time through how we work. It’s impacted by what we prioritise, what we challenge, and what we consistently reinforce in our teams, services, and institutions. In this session, we explore how we can account for context, where the open doors are, and more intentionally shape our interactions and decisions.
