About this session
Why attend?
Within the profession of education, crisis is inevitable. If that assertion is correct, resilience is essential.
Crisis leadership appears to be the best predictor of overall leadership, yet there exist few classes on resilience-focused crisis leadership.
Analysing both survey data acquired over the course of 21 years and interviews with key leaders, it was possible to identify the leadership factors that predicted not only resilience in the wake of adversity, but the factors that predicted transformative growth beyond mere resilience.
This one-hour presentation will review the core factors of transformative crisis leadership.
Learning Outcomes
By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:
1. Define resilient leadership.
2. Provide a rationale for resilient crisis leadership.
3. Define the two covenants of crisis leadership.
4. Enumerate the five factors of crisis leadership.
We look forward to welcoming you to this event.
