Kathryn has over 20 years of experience in the Higher Education sector, focusing on strategy development, organisational change, and coaching. Her passion for people drives her to support and empower individuals through change. Kathryn’s career includes leading an international charity, founding Montreal’s first bilingual Entrepreneurial Hub, and the growth of her own Diversity and Inclusion consultancy, which collaborated with over 70 universities to achieve their international aspirations.

Recently, she led the development of Kingston University’s corporate strategy and is now overseeing the Strategic Change function at the University of Salford to enhance its capacity for change.
