Coordinator Conference Attendance 2025

  • Lead Coordinator can claim free places on a first come, first serve basis. We have 20 places available for lead coordinators. Once these places have been used, lead coordinators will receive a 50% discount.
    The AHEP team will contact you in advance of the event with details of your assigned buddy as buddies benefit most when they connect prior to the conference (via email, phone or video call) and then meet at the conference: during refreshment breaks, dinner, and/or activities such as the new member welcome and Sunday social.
    This will take place on Sunday, 1 June. This is a fantastic opportunity to promote your SIG/network.
    The conference dinner will take place on the evening of Monday, 2 June.
