We are seeking a Vice Principal (Director of Resources & Operations) to join our senior team and to support the Principal in the delivery of Strategic Objectives. Successful candidates would be expected to have significant experience in the professional leadership of registry, quality assurance, IT, marketing and admissions, as well as the management of compliance, HR and the School’s workshops. The Vice Principal is also the key liaison with the Property Trust, which is the official landlord for the Art School and the governing body that oversees the main buildings at our site in Kennington and they are the lead person, responsible for the OfS return.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that would suit someone who enjoys variety and would welcome the ethos of a small, dedicated specialist institution and charity with ambitious plans.

The post is for 5 days per week and enjoys a generous holiday entitlement and a contribution to our Group Personal Pension Scheme.
