Ready to transform your institution?
Discover the power of Lean Continuous Improvement…
How can higher education institutions thrive and deliver value when resources are stretched thin and expectations are at an all-time high?
At a time when many higher education establishments are financially stretched and the expectations of students and colleagues are higher than ever, delivering value for all customers and stakeholders has become a challenge. We believe in the power of Lean Continuous Improvement to optimise your organisation and achieve outstanding outcomes, even when resources are scarce. This approach not only provides a solution to current issues but also prepares you to tackle future challenges more effectively.
Gain valuable and practical insights from Ad Esse Director Rhiannon, who will guide you through pragmatic strategies, real-world case studies, a practical simulation of the principles, and actionable techniques to streamline processes, eliminate waste and errors, enhance customer satisfaction, and embed a culture of continuous improvement.

Rhiannon Gibbs, BSc, MBA
Director, Ad Esse Consulting Ltd
About Rhiannon…
Joint Owner and Director of Ad Esse Consulting, continuous improvement fanatic & Lean practitioner with more than 20 years’ experience applying it in the public & not for profit sectors. I’ve delivered multimillion pound transformation programmes in the UK not-for-profit and charity sectors and work overseas with charities on pro bono projects.
A computer scientist who hated coding in Java (I’m a pascal girl) and left the industry screaming for a career with human contact. In another life I own a bouji little houseplant shop, with lots of books that I read (not just collect).
If you want to get away quickly do not talk to me about targets, the relationship between lean and six sigma, your organisational change programme, or how your Monstera (cheese plant) is thriving.
