Caroline is a strategic enabler who can lead and deliver sustainable transformation with a focus on the people side of change.

Caroline brings a depth of executive experience in designing and implementing large-scale change initiatives from five diverse higher education institutions in the UK and Australia – including the Russell Group and Group of Eight universities. She has held positions at the Departmental and Faculty level, in a Research Institute, as well as within central portfolios.

Her expertise is in business strategy, planning, and implementing strategic change. Caroline brings extensive experience of leading and executing special projects resulting in organisational and cultural change on behalf of vice-chancellors and their executive teams.
