Ben Rogers

Ben Rogers is a seasoned higher education leader with over 20 years of experience driving strategic transformation across academic administration, student experience, and institutional governance. Before joining AHEP Consulting, Ben served as Director of Registry Services at Cardiff Metropolitan University, where he led university-wide enhancements in regulatory compliance and student-centred service delivery.

A former Chair of the Academic Registrars’ Council (ARC), Ben has played a key role in shaping national policy and best practice through extensive collaboration with sector leaders, Universities UK working groups, and EdTech providers. He is also the author of the foreword to Compassionate Communication in HE, reflecting his deep-rooted commitment to inclusive, values-led leadership.

Ben’s consulting approach is collaborative, compassionate, and strategic. He works closely with clients to co-create practical, sustainable solutions that strengthen internal capability and foster confident, future-facing leadership.
