Alex Spencer is a Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement specialist with over ten years’ experience helping teams work smarter, not harder. For the past four years, she has worked in Higher Education as Associate Director, leading a large CI Lean team at the University of Nottingham. Her work spans academic and professional services, and she is passionate about making improvement feel achievable and worthwhile, creating the conditions for change through clarity of purpose, shared ownership, and adaptable tools for teams.
