At the 2025 AHEP Annual Conference, Ashleigh Dodd welcomed delegates to participate in a conference podcast. Ashleigh hosted multiple sessions and asked all participants the same question, what would be the one immediate change you would make within HE?

David Gilani, Head of Student Engagement and Advocacy, Middlesex University. David represents the AHEP Student Experience and Engagement Special Interest Group.

Ben Rogers, AHEP Lead Consultant. In the podcast, Ben talks about his return to Glasgow Caledonian University and recently joining the AHEP Consulting team.

Andrew Unwin, Community Knowledge Manager, University of Edinburgh. Andrew also leads the Scotland Network which won 2025 Geographical Network of the Year at the 2025 Annual Conference. You can hear more about the network in the podcast.

Jen Thompson, Employability and Events Coordinator, Lancaster University. Jen talks about coordinating the AHEP Early Careers and New to HE Collective SIG as well as the North Wales and North West Network.
