Alice Wilby

Lead Consultant

Alice has worked in Higher Education for almost twenty years, most recently as a Pro Vice-Chancellor at University College Birmingham. She has worked for a wide range of HE institutions spanning the breadth of the sector. Her experience includes regulation, strategy development, student support, access and participation, EDI, student experience, student recruitment, curriculum design, and the intersections between HE and FE. 

She undertakes a wide range of consultancy projects including portfolio reviews, target operating models, and strategy design. She is particularly passionate about access and student success in HE and about co-creation with students.
